- Main restaurant "Ambrosia" Offers breakfast buffet (07:00-10:30) lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30) with Greek and international cuisine on buffet form. Lunch baskets upon request

- We offer everything from a quick & homely snack to a dinner course. If you have any particular dietary requirements, we will do our utmost to accommodate you and plan a special meal.
- All Inclusive Menu can be delivered to your room with a Tray Charge of 5,00 Euro.

- SWIMMING POOLS OPENING HOURS The swimming pools of the Hotel are available to clients daily between 8:30 to 18:30. Children pools are open daily from 8:30 to 18:00.
- USEFUL INFORMATION
- DRINKING WATER As a preventive measure we suggest not to drink water from the water taps.
- SAFETY DEPOSIT A private safe is available to our clients at a small charge in all rooms for the deposit of their money and valuables. The hotel Management does not accept responsibility for the loss of money or any other objects left in the room or in the public area.
- CAR RENTAL Please ask the reception desk. You can rent a car with special offers especially for the hotel guests.
- PARKING Please park your car in the parking area and not in front of hotel’s main entrance.
- DO NOT DISTURB SIGN Please hang the sign “Do not disturb” on your door for our staff not to disturb you. If you do not wish to be disturbed by the phone please notify the Front Desk.
- PETS Are not allowed in the hotel area.
- ROOM CARDS Please do not forget to return your room card to the Reception when you go out and especially on your departure day.
- CHECK IN-OUT TIME Please note that on arrival day, rooms are available after 14:00 hrs .Rooms should be vacated on the day of departure until 12.00 hrs. If you have a late departure and you wish to keep your room until then, please contact the Reception one day before the departure day. Please return your room card at the Reception desk upon departure. Please pay your extras one day before your departure.
- ENTERTAINMENT
- RECREATION The animation team of the hotel holds a 6 day and night program for your entertainment. For more information ask the animation personnel or check the animation’s info board. The events are mainly performed in German & English language. Billiards and Ice Hockey machine placed opposite to the Main Bar.
- PLAYGROUND Playground placed next to the “Active” pool. Children must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult. Opening hours:09:00-19:00.

- AQUARIUM The aquarium “Thalassokosmos” is 16 km from Stalis in your way to Iraklion. More information you can find in the info book at the reception desk.
