When can I check in and out?
- Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and an extra charge.
- Premium All Inclusive food and beverage service continues until departure.
Are thematic dinners included?
- Dinner: 18:45–21:30
- For stays of five nights or more, one dinner per week at each restaurant is included.
- Advance reservation required.
Who can enjoy Executive Breakfast?
- 07:30–10:00 in the thematic restaurants.
- Premium buffet and signature à la carte menu for guests in Whirlpool, Private Pool and Swim-Up rooms.
When is the kids club available?
- For children aged 4–12, from 15 June to 15 September.
- Ask our team for the activity schedule.
Is the gym included?
- Keep up your routine in our fitness room, with dumbbells, a pulldown machine, an exercise bike and a treadmill.
- Open 09:00–19:00.
- Reservation required.
What is available on departure day?
- Check-out by 11:00.

Which services carry an extra charge?
- Safe deposit boxes, massage, sauna, babysitting, baby monitors, flowers, special occasion packages and private dinners.
- Beach sunbeds and parasols, water sports and independent excursions are not included.
